Item 6, 2nd Reading – Concept Plan to allow a motor vehicle sales delivery/pick-up location and cabin/shed retailer and flower shop (Country Cabins) between 7673 and 7777 Burlington Pike. Denied 0-6.
Item 7 – Municipal Order overruling the recommendation from the Boone County Planning Commission relative to Item 6, denying applicant’s request for Concept Development Plan. Passed 6-0.
Item 8, 2nd Reading – Ordinance for text amendments being considered to regulate and define solar energy systems and battery storage facilities. Passed 4-2 (no votes from Chambers and Cable).
Item 9, 2nd Reading – Amend budget to increase health and dental. Passed 6-0.
