Chet Hand is a corporate professional experienced in Enterprise Risk, Continuity of Operations Planning, Business Resiliency and Disaster Recovery. He currently works for a national retailer as Director of Business Resiliency and Crisis Management, where he leads a 24/7/365 team engaged in global threat identification, risk management, breach and cyber event response, business continuity planning, and crisis management. Prior to the corporate world, he spent 10 years as a captain/medic in the Fire Service in Fairbanks, Alaska, responding to critical incidents, leading a special rescue team, traveling the state teaching rural firefighting tactics to remote villages, and teaching at the local community and technical college in the Fire Science and Emergency Management programs. Chet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Chet lives on a small farm in Walton, Kentucky, with his wife and six children, where they raise cattle, sheep, chickens, and ducks. He is heavily involved in his local church community and is committed to ensuring the Northern Kentucky area continues to be a safe, conservative, and liberty focused place to live and raise wholesome American families. In 2021 Chet led an effort to reform the Boone County Republican Party through an aggressive Precinct Strategy and was elected Chairman of the BCRP during the party re-organization. Since taking office, he has worked to rebuild the party into the community focused, policy aware, and representative organization the Republican Party traditionally has exemplified. Efforts continue to raise awareness of the party within the local community, provide as much outreach and communication to Republican voters as possible, and encourage active engagement by all Republican voters in the local political processes.
Doug Bramer is a business professional who spent 34 years in corporate aviation delivering high quality products and services to clients who value honesty, integrity, loyalty, and trust. Doug is currently Vice President of Operations for a local Waste Disposal company where he continues to apply these same values in a different industry. Doug and his wife, Amy, have been married 30 years and have two daughters and a son. He is a devout Catholic, a dedicated husband and father and acknowledges his success in life is only by God’s grace.
Doug is a native Kentuckian and a Boone County resident since 2014. He became involved in the Boone County Republican Party (BCRP) in 2015 to help influence local policy and assist in keeping the community a desirable place to raise a family. He was elected captain for precinct B121, which he served for four years. As Vice-Chair of the BCRP, Doug is dedicated to upholding the conservative values of the Republican Party to attract members who are true conservatives and who don’t take for granted the liberty for which our forefathers fought and died.
Kacee is an independent journalist and host of The Kacee Allen Show. A Hebron resident, he holds an associate’s degree in business administration from Gateway Community and Technical College.
Mark Kunkel was born and raised in Boone County and currently lives in Florence. He has been involved with the local party from a young age.
Mark attended Gateway Community and Technical College in Florence and currently works in the tax and finance industry. He is married with one child.
