Tech Committee only; no public hearing or business meeting.

Union – 68 acres between US 42 and Old Union Rd: allow changes for special signage for Cincinnati Children’s and UDF for more signage. Tech committee came to a quick compromise with UDF.  Children’s was adamant about 20′ high sign.  Committee would not agree and suggested deferring to Union Board of Adjustments, which can approve signs. Next review or action unclear.

Hebron – Airport Exit, 571/527 Hunter Rd: change from several commercial uses to C3 for all 9.54 acres to allow converting 7.52 acres to truck stack (longer term} parking and add 2.02 acres of commercial parking.  Adjacent ValAir spoke against.  A traffic impact study is required.
