Hart Provides Legislative Update

Among them, Hart sponsored HB 106 to strengthen Kentucky’s EMS workforce by providing incentives to follow that career path and cosponsored HB 162 to return issuance of driver’s licenses, REAL IDs and state IDs to county clerks’ offices.

Boone County to receive $99,164 from the KADF

Announced by Reps. Kim Banta (District 63), Steve Doan (69), Mark Hart (78), Savannah Maddox (61), Marianne Proctor (60), and Steve Rawlings (66): Boone County will receive $99,164 in tobacco settlement funds from the Kentucky Agricultural Development Fund (KADF), according to a report provided to lawmakers at the December meeting of the legislature’s Tobacco Settlement Agreement Fund Oversight Committee.
