Union, 9488 Old Union Rd – Allowing 28-acre Agricultural to become a private school for children with autism. Presently surrounded by subdivisions. Tie vote at Concept Plan Meeting (15 March); denied at full commission meeting; applicant would not sign requested conditions.  City of Union will make final decision.

Union, behind Scheben Library – Requesting .5-acre Urban Residential from Planned Commercial at Public Hearing; no opposition.  Concept Hearing on 19 April.

Burlington, north side of Boone Aire Rd., between Ky 18 and Glen Arbor Dr. Full Commission approved 1.44 acres to complete 150 units of multi-family with some conditions, because contiguous with 12.6 acres zoned multi-family in 1986.

Burlington, Dinsmore Homestead on Ky 18 – Change 9.2 acres from Conservation to Planned Development to allow heritage center building with parking. No opposition in Public Hearing (5 April). Moves to Concept Plan Committee on 19 April.

Walton, 159 Walton Nicholson Rd. – Concept Plan committee approved 60K sq ft fulfillment warehouse on 13 acres with access from Walton Nicholson Rd. (15 March). Full commission approval (5 April).

Florence, 7309 Dixie Hwy., across from St. Paul Church – Returning .48 acre to Rental Residential from Commercial, approved by Concept Plan Committee (15 March). Approved by full commission with condition of a garage door (5 April).

Florence, Meijer Parking Lot – Adding other charging stations for EVs besides Tesla present at Public Hearing without opposition. (5 April) Will be reviewed by Concept Plan Committee 19 April.

Overall County – Concept Plan Committee will be presenting changes to future zoning extending to 2040.
