Public Comment
Mr. Zeb thanked the city for broadcasting the City Council meetings via YouTube and stated he has watched them all; addressed the TID (Transportation Improvement District), saying he believes it’s a good idea as it will bring state funds to the city for expansion of city streets; stated council meeting agendas need to be posted further in advance, as posting the agenda the night before doesn’t give people enough time to react and address issues that concern them. Mayor Aubuchon professionally educated Mr. Zeb how the system works, with an initial introduction, first reading and second reading of each issue voted on by the council.
