Transportation Improvement District (TID)
- Second Reading permanently tabled
- First reading of an Ordinance creating the Boone County Transportation Improvement District (TID) as authorized by KRS 184.350-184.395
Language amendments proposed by Commissioner Hand to increase budgetary scrutiny from once a year to twice a year and remove severability clause. Proposed Second Reading February 6 meeting.

- Brooklyn Beach as Dispatcher for the Public Safety Communication Center
- Bryan Vice as Golf Course Grounds Superintendent for Boone County Golf Courses
- Joe Thiessen as Electrician for Property Maintenance Department
- Kevin Vogelpohl as Emergency Management Director for Boone County Emergency Management Department
- Pay increase and creation of a new part time administrative assistant position at HUD. These funds are reimbursable dollars from federal HUD funding creating no additional impact on county taxpayers.
- Judge Moore authorized the appointment of Bryan Fry to fill a vacant unexpired term on the Northern Kentucky Convention and Visitors Bureau Commission. Mr. Fry is a Boone County resident. The remaining term is six months long.
- Judge Moore authorized the appointment of Matthew Fierro to fill a vacant unexpired term of the Walton Fire Protection District Board for the Firefighter position
- Fiscal Court appointed Matt Allen as the Boone County Search & Rescue Coordinator pursuant to KRS 39F.200
- Gas-powered golf cart fleet lease approved. Gas-powered carts are used due to high volume usage after 4 pm; an electric fleet would not guarantee 36 hole play. Golf cart rental brings in $700,000 in annual revenue.

Apartment development

Currently Zoned: Commercial Four/Planned Development (C-4/PD) and Suburban Residential Two/Planned Development (UR-2/PD). Proposed Zone Change: to Urban Residential Two/Planned Development (UR-2/PD) - 2.0-acre area located along the east side of Ryle Road, approximately 0.9 miles southwest of Beaver Road, having a Parcel Identification Number (PIDN) of 031.00-04-017.00. Personal property, requested by owners to allow a non-commercial campground with personal boat and RV storage. Goal is to bring property into compliance. Requested by Rose and Donal Powell (Owners).

Requested by Stephen K. Dallas (Applicant/Owner). Due to familial relationship with County Attorney Jordan Dallas Turner, the county attorney and her staff left the meeting during this time.
Currently Zoned: Office One (O-1). Proposed Change: Commercial Services (C-3). Related to parking for an adjoining business that affects the allowed occupancy of the business.
