Includes notice of public hearings, concept committee meetings and proposals passed affecting sites in Hebron North, Boone County West, Dinsmore Homestead, Burlington, Walton and Florence.

Hebron North – Graves Rd, I275 interchange to North Bend: Amending the Graves Rd Interchange Plans to allow short term rentals (likely hotels).  Public hearing 7Jun23, 7pm

Boone County West– 3989 Belleview Rd: Expanding the sand and gravel mine by 32 acres. Public hearing 21Jun23, 7pm

Boone County, Dinsmore Homestead: Allows development of heritage center and parking, passed unanimously and goes to Fiscal Court for approval

Burlington – 5390 Limaburg Rd. (north side of Driving Range): Install a fueling station for Natural Gas trucks.  Lots of local opposition at public hearing.  Concept Committee 17May23, 5pm

Burlington – 6125 First Financial Dr. Residential home for handicapped persons.  Moderate local support at public hearing.  Concept committee 17May23, 5pm

Walton – Beaver Rd: Apartment request withdrawn.

Florence – 2011 Terrace Ct: Allows 5 attached single family units.  Passed and goes to Florence Council

Florence – Meijer on Houston Rd: Expansion of EV Charging passed and goes to Florence Council

Florence – 7303 Turfway: Allow an additional restaurant beside Frisch’s.  Public hearing 17May23,7pm

Florence – 7864 Commerce Pl (On the road to Tom Gill Chevy): Expand Tom Gill auto body repair and storage.  Public Hearing 17May23, 7pm

Florence – 5766 Constitution Dr (Turn beside McDonalds on 18): Expand existing building by 8000 sq ft and add a 4000sq ft office. Public Hearing 17May23, 7pm
