Hebron – Airport Exit, 571/527 Hunter Rd. Change ValAir from existing several commercial uses to C3 for all 9.54 acres to allow converting 7.52 acres to truck parking and add 2.02 acres of commercial parking. Public hearing Feb 7, 7:30 p.m.

Union/Boone County – 2063 Hathaway Rd: Change 41.4 acres from Rural Estates to Suburban Residential to allow 196 single family, two-family, and attached apartments/condos (Fisher Homes). No opposition spoken at business meeting. Final action: passed unanimously.

Union – 68 acres between US 42 and Old Union Rd.  Allow changes for special signage. Public hearing Feb 7, 7:30 p.m.

Boone County – Richwood Exit, adjacent to Hampton Inn: change 20 acres from Employment PD to Urban Residential PD to allow 312 multi-family units. One speaker for and against allowed. Lots of board discussion. Tech committee passed. Unanimously. Final action: denied 7 to 6.

Boone County – 2804 Idlewild Bypass: change in Development for 3.4 acres to convert from Landscaping to Construction Sales and Services. 11 spoke for and three against. Tech committee Jan 17 5 p.m. Action date Feb 7, 7 p.m.

Boone County/Richwood Exit – 11001 Grand National Blvd: change 3.2 acres now Public Facilities to Commercial 3, which allows 7.2 acres to be Commercial 3 to allow for three commercial building sites.  Because apartments on Frogtown connector were denied due to Richwood traffic, board member asked why this should be allowed, less than a quarter mile away. Tech committee Jan 17, 5 p.m. Action date Feb 7, 7 p.m.
