Hebron – 1020 Petersburg Rd: amend Commercial and Industrial to allow construction of 98,000 sq ft warehouse. Concept Meeting 5pm Jul 19; Action Date 7pm Aug 2

County  – Dolwick Dr at Kenton County Line: change from Agricultural 2 to Industrial 1 and reduce setback to 5 feet for truck repair and storage. Concept Meeting 5pm Jul 19; Action Date 7pm Aug 2

Bellview – Northern Ky Aggregates: expand gravel pit. Concept Meeting July 5, approved. Action Date 7pm Aug 2

Burlington – 3300 Block Burlington Pike: 104 housing lots, amendment to already zoned Rural Planned Development. Public Hearing 7:30pm Aug 16.

Burlington – 5390 Limaburg Rd: natural gas truck fueling facility. Concept Meeting 5pm July19; Denied 7-4 July 5

Burlington – 5460-5468 Limaburg Rd: add 1 acre to 27.4 acres already zoned Industrial tract. Public Hearing 7:30pm Aug 2

Florence – 7864 Commerce Place: Tom Gill to change concept plan to allow expansion of the body shop. Passed unanimously.

Florence – 5765 Constitution Dr: change concept in Planned Development to allow 8,000 sq ft addition and a 4,000 sq ft new building. Passed unanimously.

Florence – 7303 Turfway Rd: change concept for .56acre to allow a 2,300 sq ft restaurant with drive through. Passed unanimously.

Florence – 370 Meijer Dr: Residence Inn. Concept Meeting July5 Approved

Florence – 8269 Pleasant Valley Rd: 3.9 acres from Ag2 to Residential, for single family homes. Public Hearing 7:30pm Aug 2

Florence – 7640 Burlington Pike: Convenience store with gas pumps. Public Hearing 7:30pm Aug 2
