Hebron – Airport exit, 571/527 Hunter Rd: change from several commercial uses to C3 for all 9.54 acres to allow converting 7.52 acres to truck stack (longer term} parking and add 2.02 acres of commercial parking. A traffic impact study is required. Tech Committee postponed. Action Date unclear.

Hebron – Graves Rd & Worldwide Blvd: change residential and commercial zoning to allow 53-acre, 115,000 sq ft, 6-building commercial complex, with one being a truck stop without showers. Affects Treetop Ln, Williams Rd, Water Tower Dr. Tech committee required no 18-wheeler fueling, allowed one auto repair, 30 ft lighting. Tech Committee passed unanimously. Action Date July 3, 7pm.

Florence – 7625 Doering Dr: Walmart had staff tech review and final action in one meeting to formalize pickup zone in parking lot. Final Action: passed unanimously.

Boone County – 460-478 Davis Ln, Walton (Richwood Rd at Grand National): setback and sign variances to allow 28,000 sq ft commercial, 5-building complex. Intent stated to be one or more restaurants.  Adjacent adult care facility spoke for and one resident spoke against. Tech committee obtained concession of only one national franchise restaurant, a traffic study, and sight barriers to parked cars from Richwood Rd. Tech Committee passed unanimously. Action Date July 3, 7pm.
