Walton, Boone County – 13203 Webb Ln: Change from Ag1 to Ag planned development to allow excavation vehicle parking. Denied 7-3 with lots of opposition led by John Helmers.

Burlington – SW corner Burlington Pike & KY 237: Move Ammon Nursery south on KY 237 on 67 acres to allow 324 apartments in 9 three-story buildings on 14+ acres. Public Hearing Nov 15, 7:30 pm.

Burlington – 5001 Burlington Pike: 205 ft tall cell tower. Public Hearing Nov 1, 7:30 pm.

Union – 9541 US 42, corners of 42 & Childrens Way and Childrens Way & Union Promenade: Change Planned Development to allow 2 lots, 2.5+ acres, for grocery store. Public Hearing Nov 1, 7:30 pm.

Union/Florence – NW corner US 42 & Farmview Dr and Old US 42 & Farmview Dr:  Change PD to allow 56,000 sq ft grocery store (rumored to be Publix) and outlots.  Residents spoke for over an hour in opposition. Tech Committee Oct 18, 5 pm. Action Date Nov 1, 7 pm.

Boone County – Ryle Rd. near Landing Creek: Change 2 acres from Rural Estate to Recreation to allow personal campground with boat and camper storage. Public Hearing Nov 15, 7:30 pm.
