Florence – 5460-5468 Limaburg Rd: Change an adjacent one-acre Rural Suburban to Industrial 1 to allow a 27+ acre Industrial 1 development. Original final use (Semi Refueling) denied and is returning with same zoning change, but no final use defined. Tech Committee Approved Aug 16. Action date Sept 6, 7 p.m.

Florence – 8269 Pleasant Valley Rd: Change 3.9-acre Ag Estate to Residential 1 for smaller residential lots. Significant opposition. Tech Committee Aug 30, 5 p.m. Action date Sept 6 7 p.m.

Florence – 7640 Burlington Pike: Change Development Plan to different use, 5,919 sq ft convenience store with gas pumps.  Some opposition. Tech Committee Sept 20, 5 p.m. Action date Oct 4, 7 p.m.

Florence – NW corner Dixie Hwy and Mt. Zion Rd: Change from Com1 & Ind2 to Com3 for 5,919 sq ft convenience store with gas pumps. Public Hearing Sept 6, 7:30 p.m.

Florence – 3645 Turfway Rd: Perfetti. Tech Committee Approved Aug 2

Florence – 4980 Houston Rd: Chick-fil-A. Tech Committee Approved 5-4, Aug 2

Dolwick Dr at Kenton County Line – Change from Agricultural 2 to Industrial 1 and reduce setback to 5 feet for truck repair and storage. Tech Committee Approved Aug 16. Action date Aug 30, 7 p.m.

Bellview, Boone County – Expand NKY Aggregate to 78 acres for sand/gravel mining. Action date, Approved Aug 2

Hebron – 1020 Peterburg Rd: Change from Commercial 2 to Industrial 1 to build a 98,000 sq ft warehouse. Action date Approved Aug 2

Walton, Boone County – 13203 Webb Ln: Change from Ag1 to Ag planned development to allow excavation vehicle parking. Public Hearing, Sept 6, 7:30pm

Burlington, approx 3000 Burlington Pike – Change 50+ acre Ag Estate to Residential, 104 lots. Previous zone changes limited by land stability problems.  Nearby farms oppose. Tech Committee Aug 30, 5 p.m.
