Florence – 8269 Pleasant Valley Rd: Change 3.9-acre Ag Estate to Residential 1 for smaller residential lots. Significant opposition. Passed unanimously with several requirements.

Florence – Mt. Zion at Lakeside Dr.: Change Mobile Home Park and reduce setback to create 1 acre for eating/drinking establishment with drive through. Public Hearing Oct 4, 7:30pm.
Florence – 1113 Boone Aire Rd.: Change 1.4 acre from Office 1 to Commercial 3 so all land under same ownership has the same zoning. Public Hearing Nov 1, 7:30pm.
Dolwick Dr at Kenton County Line – Change from Agricultural 2 to Industrial 1 and reduce setback to 5 feet for truck repair and storage. Passed unanimously with one variance.
Walton, Boone County – 13203 Webb Ln: Change from Ag1 to Ag planned development to allow excavation vehicle parking. Tech Committee Sept 20, 5pm. Action date Oct 4, 7pm.
Burlington, Approx 3000 Burlington Pike – Change 50+ acre Ag Estate to Residential, 104 lots. Previous zone changes limited by land stability problems. Nearby farms oppose. Passed unanimously with fencing, landscaping requirements, Geo Survey, and traffic study.
Countywide – Amending the Subdivision Regulations. Public Hearing Oct 18, 7:30pm.
