Request for Conditional Use Permit for Charitable Foundation to redevelop some of their space and existing buildings to be more user friendly for education of young children. Permit passed unanimously.

Request for a conditional use permit to allow for religious assembly in the former Masonic Lodge at 7072 Camp Ernst Rd. Much discussion ensued regarding water runoff and drainage along with discussion on tying building into the existing sewer system. Request was eventually approved unanimously.

Request for a variance for a 0’ setback to allow for a carport to be constructed at 6488 Todd Dr. Concern was expressed by Board members that the carport roof wouldn’t overhang the neighbor’s property. Variance was unanimously passed.

Request for zoning variance to allow a 16’ setback to allow a deck to be constructed at 1889 Cardinal Lane.  Variance passed unanimously.
