Special Meeting. City Council members present: Ms. Lesley Chambers, Mr. Gary Winn, Ms. Diane Whalen, Mr. David Schneider, and Ms. Angie Cable. Presiding Officer: Mayor Julie Metzger-Aubuchon. Councilwoman Patricia Wingo was not present for the meeting.
4. Ordinance O-06-2026 – Second Reading
