Notable at the June 11 meeting was a split vote on the consent agenda, which corralled many items into one for approval. Inclusion of Panorama Education was cited as the reason for the lone no vote. (Per Panorama’s website, the software “connect[s] student data and AI with action across MTSS, pathways, surveys, and instruction.”)
Planning & Zoning December 3
Notable on the agenda: how the county will address Ky state law that prohibits cities or counties from adopting zoning laws that exclude qualified manufactured homes from any residential zone that allows single-family homes. The county continues to grapple with balancing the need for housing and public opposition to high-density development.
