Hebron – Airport Exit, 571/527 Hunter Rd: change from several commercial uses to C3 for all 9.54 acres to allow converting 7.52 acres to truck stack (longer term) parking and add 2.02 acres of commercial parking. A traffic impact study is required. Tech Committee April 17, 5pm

Hebron – Western end of Asbury Way: change from SR1 to SR2 and reduce side yard setback to 5 ft to develop 16 single family homes on 3.6 acres. Tech Committee passed unanimously. Action date: April 3, 7pm

Hebron – East side of Ky 237 between Cougar Path and the fire station: sign limit change to allow 4.1 acres for a WaWa convenience store with gas pumps plus eating/drinking establishment Longnecks. Tech Committee April 3, 5pm. Action date April 17, 7pm

Boone County – 2841-2885 Verona Mudlick Rd: change zoning map on 7.3 acres to allow a 196 sq ft sign to be placed 95 ft high. Tech Committee April 17, 5pm

Boone County – 2560 Camp Farm Rd (near north side Peterburg Exit, I-275): change from R to Planned Dev Recreation for 36.05 acres to allow reception hall, catering, production of handmade items or food for sale, additional house, barn greenhouse. Neighbor spoke against because access is one-lane road and changes the area to more commercial. Tech Committee April 3, 5pm. Action date April 17, 7pm

Bellview – 6056 Burlington Pike: change zoning from surface mining I3 to SR-1 to allow 38.5 acres to keep existing house and add 5 more houses for family compound. Tech Committee April 3, 5pm. Action date April 17, 7pm

Florence – 4999 Houston Rd (Michael’s Craft Bldg): request to change concept to allow office, retail, recreation, warehousing/distribution in same building. Tech committee approved unanimously but required a design review to solidify details prior to business meeting. Tech Committee passed unanimously. Action date April 3, 7pm
